Install the extension

Signup for the extension as an Admin [otherwise it won't allow you to signup]

Add user to portal by selecting the contacts from "CRM Contacts Module" or add as external user [which is not added as contact in CRM]

Set the required permission for the user [by default he will be able to create, read & edit the Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Meeting & Tasks

The user will get a welcome link which he can browse to login as user into the portal
